	2005 Acacia Ridge Chardonnay The 2005 produced grapes with flavours of ripe peach, nectarine and fig. This wine has been barrel fermented, producing layers of savory, toasty oak and creamy yeast complexity. It is rich and full with balanced acidity and excellent length of flavour. Colour: Brilliant condition, mid straw green Aroma: Subtle with complex ride fruit and integrated toasty/butternut notes. Palate: Soft and creamy texture General:Clean, sound and well balanced.
