Grape Varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon

Introduction

Classic blackcurrant, capsicum and herbal notes are displayed by the aroma of this wine. The palate will experience a tight refined palate with well integrated oak structure and acid balance to allow for good aging. The wine promotes the flavours of ripe, dark forest berries with more complex herbal and choc-mint characters in support. Cellar for 5 to 10 years.
