Grape Varieties - 60% Semillon
40% Sauvignon Blanc

Introduction

The 2005 Shepherds Rhapsody has a lifted delicate citrus and green apple nose, with subtle floral aspects. A well balanced, medium weight wine with mineral acidity supporting a flavour spectrum of white peach, pear and citrus fruits.

Bottled - July 2005

Alcohol - 13.5%
