The picturesque Limestone Coast region is located in South Australia, mid-way between Adelaide and Melbourne. The region is famed for its lush pastures, expansive coastal views and a climate that produces grapes of unique character.
This classic red grape blend is easy to drink and shows typical regional characters formed by the maritime climate's mild temperatures.
Aromas of rich, ripe raspberry and cassis with cedary oak on the nose. The palate is medium bodied yet soft, with mouth filling ripe berry flavours of blackcurrant and spicy raspberry finishing with fine tannins.
Suggested food: ripe cheese, red meat and pasta with full-bodied sauces.
