Classic alcoholic fermentation: 15 days at a temperature not higher than 28°C. with malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes:
Intense ruby colour and exquisite aromas of mature red fruits which make it very good on the palate.
An ideal wine to accompany read meats, mainly roasted and cheeses of intense flavour.
Recommended to be drunk at 18°C
