	Extremely expressive from start to finish, this wine explodes with layers of elegantly exotic fruit and showcases the varietal characteristics of our Destiny Ridge Estate Vineyard. It expresses pineapple, citrus, green melons, and grapefruit with hints of grassy floral notes. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand-picked, gently whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented in neutral oak barrels. The wine was aged 7 months sur lees and is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity and lush full flavors. Release limited to 367 cases.
