Fermented in stainless steel with 10% partial barrel ferment.
This Pinot Rosé is a beautiful wine with subtle aromas of rose petals and crushed strawberries. Acid and sugar are balanced in the palate while partial barrel contact during fermentation adds structure and complexity.
It is ready to drink now and is best served slightly chilled.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS
Best suited as an aperitif but would easily accompany smoked chicken, salad or a fruit selection.
