The 2005 harvest yielded tiny Chardonnay berries which contribute to the concentration of this wine. Its natural acidity balances the fruit depth while a hint of creaminess and subtle oak complete the story of the wine.
100% French oak (30% new barrels), limited barrel stirring and malolactic fermentation complement the 10 month oak ageing.
This Chardonnay vintage exhibits aromas of limes, white nectarines and warm lemons.
Cellaring is a personal preference but between 3 to 5 years will help to enhance the characters.
