	2005 Rosé Definitely not your father’s rosé! Our 2005 Rosé is made from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes and is wonderfully fresh. It has a thirst-quenching cherry floral aroma with undertones of strawberries. The palate is long and savoury with a touch of residual sweetness at the finish. Served chilled, it is an excellent aperitif, and can be a perfect accompaniment to salads, fish or chicken meals.
