	2005 Petit Verdot Petit Verdot grapes make full bodied wines that have great colour and spicy characters. The wine is often blended with cabernet varieties to enhance colour and flavour, but this one is a single varietal petit verdot from the excellent 2005 vintage. As a single varietal this is a rich and complex wine that is ready for drinking now, but with careful cellaring will continue to develop in the bottle for the medium term. Perfect with meat dishes.
