	2005 Estate Shiraz This wine shows complex aromas that are characteristic of high quality Hunter shiraz. Delicate berry aromas combine with savoury earth and spice characters to give great complexity. Made from hand picked grapes, the wine was matured in new and aged French oak barrels prior to bottling. With velvety tannins and great depth of flavour, this wine can be enjoyed now, but will also cellar well for at least 10 years.
