	2005 Estate Semillon The Hunter Valley is world famous for its semillons. Our 2005 Semillon is a classic Hunter style with an aroma of lemon, lime and peach. The palate is light bodied, flavoursome and well-balanced, with excellent length. It is very fresh and attractive as a young wine, but it will also reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years. Perfect with fish dishes. This wine won a silver medal at the 2005 Hunter Valley Wine Show.
