	2005 Estate Chardonnay Chardonnay is one of the classic Hunter Valley varieties. Our 2005 estate grown Chardonnay grapes were rich in sugar, and the colour and firmness of the fruit were top class. This wine has a beautiful fruit flavour with overtones of citrus and apple that combines well with its lightly oaked palate. It is an excellent complement to fish, veal or chicken dishes.
