Default A Good Aussie Steak

Being a lover of a good aussie steak cooked "only just" (blue"), I have always been a fan of a very big earthy red wine preferably a shiraz.

For all of those fans of matching good wine with good food, what particular wine would you match with a perfectly cooked piece of rare beef?
