This wine shines in the glass exhibiting a light yellow tone. Delicate peach notes spoil the nose and the palate alike. A fine exotic tone coupled with exquisite minerals seems to be tripping softly over the palate. Sweetness prevails at first before it is counterbalanced by the acidity – the perfect counterpart of the residual sugar present. Beautiful peach flavours prevail again in the finish. An elegant wine and companion for many dishes, but also a grand soloist. And if you want to share the bottle with someone, I should say a "Riesling for love-birds".
