Default Brindabella Hills 2004 Shiraz

2004 Shiraz

Fully ripe Shiraz grapes were fermented in open fermenters with plunging of the skins by hand. The wine has been matured for 15 months in French and American oak barriques.

This wine has a fragrant bouquet with highlights of violets and spice. On the palate seamlessly interwoven rich cherry-plum fruit and spicy oak make it an outstanding example of Shiraz from the Canberra District's warmest vineyards. Great drinking now and also a superb cellaring proposition.
