The blend shows an abundance of red fruit and spice, along with subtle oak undertones. This follows to a velvety palate with soft elegant tannins and good length. A blend of: Cabernet Sauvignon (54%) and Shiraz (46%). The wine is best enjoyed at 18°C with a hearty dish and is ready for drinking now, however will improve over the next 5 years. Origin: Cape Point (from Redhill Vineyard, Scarborough, Cape Point)
